About us

Based in Colchester, we are the rugby league club for the North Essex and Suffolk areas and beyond - providing opportunities for recreation and competition for players of all ages, gender, ethnicity, (dis)ability, sexual orientation, religion or other belief.

In 2021, we are running Men's, U18s, U14s, U12s and Primary (school years 1-6) teams.

Our aim is to increase the provision of opportunities for active participation in sport generally - and rugby league in particular - in Colchester and beyond, in turn promoting improved health and wellbeing.

We act as a central community hub for rugby league activity in the area, liaising with schools and colleges to promote both the sport and the Club.

We also liaise with the London and South East Rugby League, the RFL, and any other related authorities to offer a performance pathway to professional sport for talented athletes.

We are always seeking to provide safe, welcoming and well-equipped facilities for rugby league players, parents, and spectators, including the provision of coaching and safeguarding by qualified members of the Club.
