2. Volunteer

The Eastern Rhinos depend on the selfless efforts of our members and so we are always looking for people to come and join us to help out.

It does not matter how much time you have, we want you to join us to have fun and help make a difference!

If you have skills to offer, or the time for us to teach you, please do get in touch.

Some roles that may interest you:

• Team coach or assistant coach.
• Refereeing.
• Team managers - Team managers liaise with the team on match day - approximately two hours on match days.
• Sponsorship and fundraising manager.
• Match manager - Match managers liaise with the referee and opposition each week to ensure that everything is on track.
• Touchline manager - Touchline managers manage the Touchline during games - roughly two hours on match days.
• Kit manager
• First aider.
• Catering assistant - Catering assistants staff the kitchen on match days - two to four hours on match days.
• Reports and match pictures - Write a short news report on a game or take pictures for the club website.
